Automatic Door Bottoms are made from Extruded Aluminum combined with Neoprene or Vinyl seals.

It provides an efficient seal that blocks out air, smoke, sound, and fire. Available in Surface Mounted, Semi-Mortised and Mortised Applications.

Non-Handed, Reversible for Left or Right Hand Installation.

Low closing force; Slotted holes for adjustment.

Maximum cut should not be closer to 1 1/2" to the set screw.

Comes Standard with #6 x 3/4" PPHSDS
