PDQ 3101-BC-PS Light Commercial Closer, Pivot Stop Arm

Pivot Stop Arm: Designed to serve as a medium-duty door stop for situations where a door stop or overhead stop is not practical. Available in Regular and Top Jamb mounting. Uses backcheck to slow the door and a stop integrated into the closer arm to limit the travel of the door. Limits the travel of the door to a specific, templated angle. Templating is available for opening angles from 85 to 110 degrees in 5-degree increments. Not available with hold open

ADJUSTMENT: Adjustable controlled closing. Separate hydraulic backcheck standard. Separate sweep, latch and backcheck intensity valves.

MOUNTING:  Common 9-1/16" x 3/4" mounting hole pattern retrofits Yale 50, Norton 1600. Tri-packed for regular, top jamb and parallel arm installations. Includes fasteners for metal, wood and aluminum doors and frames. Sex nuts and bolts standard. Self drilling self tapping screws available.

COVER:  Streamline plastic cover optional.

Note: PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coated finishes offer outstanding resistance to wear, durability and corrosion.
