About this item
Most smart locks make you choose between convenience and commercial-grade security. You either get a connected lock that's Grade 2 at best, or you get a Grade 1 commercial lock with no smart capability at all. The Centrios CEB100 doesn't make you compromise. It's a Grade 1 Bluetooth cylindrical lock certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.2 with a UL10C 3-hour fire rating, IP67 weather resistance, and full smartphone access control through the Centrios app. Built by Centrios, an ASSA ABLOY brand, it's engineered specifically for small and growing businesses that need real access control without the complexity or cost of a full enterprise system.
This configuration ships in the Taylor Bay lever design with a Black Suede Powder Coat finish and a conventional keyed cylinder. For the full range of smart keypad and proximity locks or all electronic hardware across every brand, browse our complete catalog.
How the Centrios Bluetooth System Works
The CEB100 connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Through the Centrios app, you manage who can access which doors and when. You can grant a contractor access for a specific time window, revoke a former employee's credentials with a tap, and check the access log to see who locked up last night, all from your phone. You don't need to be on-site. The lock sync credential changes the next time an authorized user's phone is in Bluetooth range of the lock.
Access is available through three credential types on this configuration: smartphone via the Centrios app, mechanical key via the conventional cylinder, and optionally card or fob credentials with a paid subscription plan. This is the less-keypad version of the CEB100, so there's no onboard keypad. If a keypad is required for your application, a separate keypad configuration is available in the CEB100 series.

IP67 Weather Rating: Why It Matters for Commercial Applications
IP67 isn't a marketing term. It's a tested rating. It means the lock is completely sealed against dust and can handle being submerged in water up to a meter deep for 30 minutes. In real-world terms, that's heavy rain, pressure washing, pooling water at a threshold, whatever the door sees. It holds up. Most Bluetooth locks carry an IP44 or IP55 rating, which handles light splashing but not direct rain exposure or cleaning. IP67 means the CEB100 can be installed on exterior-facing doors, covered entryways, and any opening that sees regular moisture without voiding warranty or degrading performance. The -35°F to 140°F operating range covers outdoor installations in northern climates and hot exterior applications in southern states without battery or electronics failure.
Centrios Subscription Plans
The basic Centrios plan is free and covers standard Bluetooth access management. Paid subscription plans unlock custom schedules for entry and lockout times, which is the access control feature most small businesses actually need. Day-of-week scheduling, time-limited access windows, and automatic lockout outside business hours are all controlled from the app with a paid plan. The Pro plan adds card and fob credentials for facilities where employees don't use smartphones as their primary credential. Subscription accounts are set up directly with Centrios through the app after installation.
