The Marks USA M195F is a lever and rose exit device trim for M9900 Series exit devices, with a key-in-lever cylinder type and storeroom function. The outside lever is inoperable without a key, and the inside push bar always provides free egress. What storeroom function means on an exit device trim

Exit device trims control how the outside of a panic door operates. In storeroom function, the outside lever is always locked. Turning the lever from outside does nothing unless a key is inserted and turned in the lever cylinder first. Once the key is used, the lever retracts the latchbolt and allows entry.
