About this item
The BEA 10TD900HH1 removes the wire entirely. It's a 900 MHz keyring transmitter that wirelessly activates automatic door operators up to 500 feet away from the receiver, including through Low-E glass and interior partitions that block most standard 433 MHz systems. One button, one press, and the door activates. That's the entire operation.
The 10TD900HH1 pairs with the BEA 10RD900 Industrial Receiver Module. Together they create a wireless activation loop for automatic sliding doors, automatic swinging doors, ADA push plate applications, vestibule systems, and gate operators. When the button is pressed and held, the door operator activates and holds open until the button is released. The door closes when the button is released. Why 900 MHz and Why It Matters
Most wireless access control and door activation systems operate at 433 MHz. The BEA RF900 operates at 900 MHz, which delivers measurably better performance in two ways. First, 900 MHz provides greater range and stronger signal strength in environments with obstacles: walls, partitions, concrete columns, and Low-E insulated glass panels that absorb or reflect 433 MHz signals. Second, 900 MHz is less congested in commercial environments where multiple wireless devices operate simultaneously. In a loading dock, hospital entrance, or multi-tenant office lobby where a dozen RF devices are running at once, 900 MHz reduces co-channel interference and delivers cleaner, more reliable activation.

Rolling Code Security: Why It Matters
Standard fixed-code transmitters send the same code every time. Someone with a scanner can capture that code and replay it to open the door. The 10TD900HH1 transmits a unique rolling code on every button press using code-hopping technology. Each activation generates a new code that the receiver validates against an internal algorithm. Captured codes from previous activations are rejected. For facilities where unauthorized access is a real concern, the rolling code design provides meaningful security beyond what fixed-code systems deliver.
Capacity and Scalability
A single BEA 10RD900 receiver accepts up to 74 programmed transmitters. That's enough for large facilities, multi-tenant buildings, or fleet vehicles where a large number of users each carry their own keyring transmitter. Up to four separate receivers can be activated by the same transmitter, which means a single 10TD900HH1 can control a main entrance, a service entrance, a loading dock gate, and a parking barrier simultaneously from one fob.
BEA RF900 Family: 1, 2, 3, and 4 Button Options
The 10TD900HH1 is the 1-button version. The BEA RF900 family also includes the 10TD900HH2 (2-button), 10TD900HH3 (3-button), and 10TD900HH4 (4-button) for applications requiring control of multiple openings from a single transmitter. NEMA 4 rated versions (10TD900INDHH1 through 10TD900INDHH4) are available for outdoor, wet, or industrial environments.
