The Hager 4701R-F Fire Rated Rim Exit Device is a Grade 1 rim style exit device made for commercial doors where life safety and fire door requirements matter. It is UL/cUL listed for up to 3 hours on labeled fire doors and is also UL305 listed for panic hardware.

This device is field sizeable for common door widths, fits 1-3/4 inch thick doors, and uses a stainless steel latchbolt with automatic dead latching to help keep the door secure when closed. Fire rated models use a solid stainless steel strike that is included with the device.
