Falcon C606 SFIC Core: What Makes It a Combinated Core

A combinated SFIC core is one that has been pinned and keyed at the factory to a specific bitting. The C606 A 606 ships with bitting already set and two change keys cut to that bitting included. The core installs directly into the housing and operates immediately without any field pinning. This is the standard core format for facilities ordering individual cores to add to an existing key system or to a new installation where each door gets its own change key bitting.

Uncombinated cores ship as blank-pinned and require a locksmith or key systems technician to combinate in the field before installation. When ordering the C606, confirm whether you need combinated (ready-to-use, keyed) or uncombinated (field-keyed) before ordering.
